    • Users opt in by replying with Y (or "YES") to the initial message.

    Confirmation Message:
    After a user replies with "Y", they will receive a confirmation message, such as:

    "You’re now subscribed to receive texts from SimplifiedHR. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg freq varies. Reply STOP to cancel."

    Data Usage and Privacy:
    Collected phone numbers and related data will be used solely for the purpose of sending text messages as described in this policy and will be handled according to SimplifiedHR’s Privacy Policy.
